Traveling in the Americas

When it comes to the Americas, Holbrook Travel’s roots run deep. This corner of the world has held a special place for us, ever since company founder Giovanna Holbrook led teams of university professors and naturalists on expeditions to the Galápagos Islands before a modern tourism infrastructure existed there. In 1984, she took her love for ecotourism a step further and saved 500 acres of Costa Rican rainforest from destruction, creating Selva Verde Lodge and Rainforest Reserve, which has become in many ways our home away from home.

From the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico down to Ushuaia, Argentina, the southernmost city in the world, we’ve cultivated relationships over many years to provide our travelers with customized and personal experiences. Whether your desire is to journey into the Amazon Rainforest, snorkel the largest coral reef system in the Western Hemisphere, explore Havana in a classic 50s car, or watch the sun set over Machu Picchu, Holbrook can make it happen.
