Stephanie graduated from Webster University with a degree in accounting. Stephanie’s various positions at Holbrook prepared her for her current role as Chief Operating Officer where she focuses on the operation of our travel programs, translating Holbrook's vision into operational terms, improving efficiency of workflow, and managing the Pricing and Operations team. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, photography, birding, and spending time with family including her 2 Boxers. Stephanie has visited Australia, Belize, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, France, Guatemala, Hawaii, Honduras, Iceland, Madagascar, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama. Peru, Sri Lanka and United Arab Emirates. Her hidden talent is creative writing, and she dreams of writing a novel.

Jennifer received an associate's degree in business administration at Santa Fe College. Jennifer is responsible for managing the Operations Team. Her primary focus is on Global Sales group programming including program development, pricing, and field orchestration. Jennifer has visited Costa Rica, Canada, Argentina, Chile, Belize, Panama, Peru, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, Colombia, Alaska, Chile, Iceland, Tanzania, Cuba, Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands. Jennifer’s most memorable travel experiences include flying over glaciers in Alaska in a 4-seat plane, hiking the Inca trail and Machu Picchu, and being on safari during the great wildlife migration in Tanzania. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, exploring state and national parks, reading, and spending time with family.

Kim has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the National Chung Hsing University, a master’s degree in hospitality business management from Michigan State University, and a certification in accounting from the University of California, Berkeley Extension. Kim was born and raised Taiwan and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. She has traveled to Costa Rica, Canada, Belize, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Honduras, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation with a minor in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from the University of Florida. She has conducted research projects in Georgia, St. Croix, St. Johns, and Puerto Rico, and has three scientific journal publications. Nicole started at Holbrook as receptionist, but was quickly promoted to Destination Consultant, providing customer service to Road Scholar participants. Currently, Nicole is the Senior Travel Planner on the Operations Team. Here role has an emphasis on pricing, reservations, and travel document management and also project management and training. Nicole has traveled to the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Aruba, Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador/Galapagos Islands, Iceland, Colombia and Brazil. In her free time she enjoys anything marine based: diving, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and canoeing.

Pelin has a bachelor's degree in city and regional planning from Middle East Technical University in Turkey and a master’s degree in recreation, parks and tourism from the University of Florida. She held various positions at Holbrook since she joined our team in 1998 but her passion has always been developing programs and being in the field. In her current role as Vice President of Product Development, along with an amazing team, she now focuses on developing new programs and destinations, translating Holbrook's vision into field operations, contracting, and managing the Road Scholar account at Holbrook. In her free time she enjoys birding, photography and cheering on the Gators. Her dream is to drive across the United States with her husband and two dogs.
Gonzalo Rios joined Holbrook Travels Field Management team in 2018. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Gonzalo earned his degree in Tourism and Hospitality there. After, he spent 2 years working, traveling, and exploring around South America in order to expand his skills speaking English and Portuguese before returning to his home in 2009 to continue to develop his career in tourism operations and product development in a worldwide travel agency. Gonzalo is passionate about people, vinyl records, adventure destinations, and history. In his free time, he spends most of his time cooking new recipes from around the world and listening to music.

Winston was born and raised in Panama as the descendant of Afro-Caribbean forebears who came to Panama from Jamaica and Barbados during the construction of the Panama Canal.
He holds degrees from the University of Panama in Geographical and Ecological Tourism and Education, and he has worked in Panama for the last 18 years in operations and products for different tourism operators. Today, he is glad to be part of the Holbrook family.
Winston loves outdoor activities with his two children and enjoys every day with them.
His hobbies are cooking, reading, and snorkeling.

Andrea joined Holbrook Travel in February 2017 as part of the Development Team. She was born and raised in San José, Costa Rica. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and protection of natural recourses from the Universidad Estatal a Distancia and a university diploma in tourism. She proceeded to work in a fast developed industry in Costa Rica since 2006 – tourism. One of her passions is to show foreign travelers her beautiful country, people and culture. In her journey as a tourism professional, she has developed a strong connection with the people that have worked with her not only in Costa Rica but internationally. During the last three years Andrea has been part of the travel agency world, working as an area manager and taking care of and promoting program quality. In her free time, she loves to be with her family and travel to different countries.

Etel attended Jacksonville University on an academic and sports scholarship and Florida State College at Jacksonville. Etel was born in Trujillo, Honduras and was raised in St. Lucia. At Holbrook, Etel is responsible for quality control and incident management. Etel has visited many countries around the world including Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominica, Ecuador and Galapagos Islands, El Salvador, Falkland Islands, Guatemala, Guadalupe, Honduras, Peru, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Montserrat, St. Lucia, and Uruguay. Her favorite place to spend her free time is the beach, because she loves to fish, swim, and snorkel.

Anna grew up in Rio, Brazil and holds a Bachelor of Arts in art from Southwestern University in Texas plus two years of industrial design from P.U.C.-Rio de Janeiro. She joined the Holbrook team in 1993 and worked her way up to customer service manager. Anna is now a member of the program development team, a position that allows her to be involved in product design from concept to reality. She has been to England, Channel Islands, Canada, Ecuador, Galapagos Islands, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Costa Rica, Kenya, and South Africa. One of her fondest travel experiences is snorkeling with her son among whale sharks and sea turtles in the Yucatán. During work breaks she is usually seen enjoying the back deck, hoping to spot birds and other animals in the surrounding forest.

Riley graduated from UF with her degrees in Theatre and Classics (Specializing in ancient civilizations). After serving as the Event Coordinator for SwampCon for the last several years, She is thrilled to join the Holbrook team in this new chapter of her life. In her free time Riley enjoys poetry, dance, poi, video games, sound design, and cooking.

Jenny earned a bachelor's degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from the University of Florida in 2010 and a master's degree in Sustainable Development Practice from the Center for Latin American Studies at UF in 2012. For her master’s project she traveled to Guatemala to conduct surveys in Uaxactún and Tikal National Park about ecotourism. In 2013, she was Director of the Sarapiquí Conservation Learning Center at Selva Verde in Costa Rica. Jenny is the proud granddaughter of Archie and Marjorie Harris Carr, both dedicated and well-known conservationists and writers. Jenny continues her grandmother’s legacy to spread awareness about restoring the Ocklawaha River by breaching Rodman (Kirkpatrick) Dam, which was left over from the deauthorized Cross Florida Barge Canal project. Today the land that the government took from the public by imminent domain is a state park known as the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway and the land bridge over Interstate 75. Jenny has 10 pet guinea pigs and enjoys snorkeling in freshwater springs with her daughter. Jenny is very excited to officially join the Holbrook family!
