Your Partner for Study Abroad

In addition to working with educators directly, our experience, connections, and expertise across a wide variety of regions and subjects make Holbrook an ideal candidate for study abroad offices seeking a trusted and reliable travel provider. We’ll work with your office to develop, promote, and coordinate faculty-led short course studies and international travel programs that align with university policies and course requirements.

Safety & Security

The well-being of our travelers is of the utmost importance to us, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for your faculty and students. We keep abreast of political and national developments in all destinations and exercise great caution in the interests of our travelers. Before departure, we’ll provide a list of emergency numbers in-country and the number for our 24-hour answering service. Our emergency line has a member of our staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In the unlikely event of an emergency, our in-country guides are professionally trained and adhere to strict guidelines. We also employ both radio and cell capability in all destinations and track all groups while in the field.

Liability Coverage

Holbrook carries a $3 million Liability and Errors & Omissions policy. On request, we welcome educational institutions to be added to our policy for the duration of the trip.

“A very great trip – thank you for everything! Working with Holbrook has revolutionized the way we run our field classes and has literally opened more of the world up to our students!”
-Kelly W., Red Rocks Community College

Working within your guidelines for budget and academic content, we’ll help you to create outstanding international educational experiences for both your faculty and student community.
