Holbrook Travel is currently seeking a talented and inspired individual to join our Operations Team on a permanent long-term basis as a Group Reservations Coordinator.

The Operations Team is the command center of Holbrook.  It is here where what we offer our client in terms of programs, consisting of elements such as transportation, hotels, guides, activities, meals, educational coursework, etc., are all assembled to provide the quality, expertise, and value for which Holbrook is known.   The Operations Team communicates with our vendors and our sales agent to match the product to the client needs to engage in the full “order process” at Holbrook:  order, request, book, confirm, monitor & evaluate. Due to high volume of customization and diverse programming, that communication is heavy and requires speed and accuracy of communication.  

Essential Job Responsibilities:
-International Reservations management
-Database management for data entry
-Program pricing
-Internal communication

Required Skills, Knowledge, Must-Gaves and Experiene of "A" Player:
-Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
-Database entry familiarization and experience
-Proficient knowledge of MS WOrd, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Internet Exlplorer
-Knowledge of world geography
-Knowledge of travel planning
-Travel experience beneficial
-Negotiation skills beneficial
-Ability to maintain effective key business relationships with internal clients and external vendors
-Organizational/Time Management Skills: Job may require working on multiple concurrent projects. Must be able to keep work     organized to meet project deadlines.
